The TAVO Team

Phil J. TavolacciPhil J. Tavolacci, MSPT
Advanced Myofascial Release Therapist

Phil started TAVO Total Health (originally TAVO PT & Fitness) in September 2004. Having realized the limitations of “traditional” physical therapy in standard clinical settings, he set out to create a unique practice that offered the most result-producing therapies in a serene & healing setting. Prior to opening TAVO Total Health, Phil worked in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, an outpatient orthopedics & sports medicine clinic, and owned a small personal training company, Metamorphitness.

Phil’s personal history of chronic pain & physical disability lead to his discovery & mastery of the most highly effective treatment modalities. As his mentor & teacher, John F. Barnes, states, “You can only take your patients as far as you have gone yourself.” Phil’s past experiences have enabled him to have remarkable results with his patients and he is constantly furthering his healing journey to open the doors further for his patients.
Phil graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ithaca College in 1994 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and earned his M.S.P.T from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in 1998. Although Phil treats patients of all ages & issues, he is especially passionate about treating complex & non-common presentations that have not responded to other forms of treatment. In January of 2010, Phil delivered his first Transform Tourette! seminar in Washington, DC. He will be doing continued research and work to uncover the mysteries of Tourette Syndrome (TS), as he believes strongly that much, if not all, of TS is reversible by balancing and stabilizing the body’s fascial & neuromuscular systems.

Elizabeth Goll LernerElizabeth Goll Lerner, LPC, ATR-BC
Reconnective Healing Practioner

Welcome to my listing. I offer Reconnective Healing sessions and The Reconnection.

There is something truly moving about the experience of Reconnective Healing and The Reconection.

Time and time again I am excited by my clients’ reports of the variation of positive experiences, from the physical to the spiritual. I have seen increase in rapidity of physical healing; the ability to move forward in life in a more energized and focused way; a lightness of being.

The knowledge, that as we raise our own vibration and level of healing, we raise the level of healing energy on the planet is profound. We collectively and individually participate in our own healing, the healing of others and our world. I am excited that the scientific community continues to help us understand the wonder and the power of this work.

I came to Reconnective Healing, as it seems many do, when the elements in the universe came together to bring it to my attention with a series of events; an internal pull; a realization that I was meant to learn and practice this work.

How did it happen?

Someone told me that they were going to a workshop with Eric Pearl and I offhandedly asked what and where. I looked it up and the energy started rolling. I kept returning to the website to read more.   I made some inquiring calls. Obstacles presented themselves, but the drive to be there just did not go away. I went to the bookstore and found the one copy of Eric’s book left in the store. I touched it and I immediately felt the energy in my hands.  I opened it and found myself on the page about coming to a seminar. I left for the Seminar the next day, signed up for my own sessions and the Reconnection and completed my Level I,II and III training that week. I have been seeing clients ever since.
To schedule an appointment call 301-229-9408 or email liz@yourinspiredchoices.com
I look forward to your call. I see Reconnective Healing and Reconnection clients in Chevy Chase, MD and downtown Bethesda, MD as well as at a distance.
